Cy-Fair Hockey needs your help:
- Parent Volunteers to write up a very brief game summary for their child's Elementary School to be broadcast on the morning announcements. This would include winning team, how many goals child scored, etc. Children love to hear their names on the announcements, and this is a great way to alert others to Cy-Fair Hockey! If you would be willing to do this for your child's school, we can let you know the names of all players who attend that school and see that you get their 'highlights' as well. Please consider this extra special treat for the kids!
- Gently used hockey equipment is desperately needed for our league's new players! If you have spare or unused equipment at home to donate, please bring it to the rink and give it to any Board Member, Coach or 'Chicks' member. The used equipment is so helpful to our new players and it really helps all of us keep the cost down.
- Someone to interview and photograph our Players of the Week for the Spotlight Player feature on our website! If you are handy with a camera and have time to take a few minutes to interview a player from each division, please let us know. The kids really enjoy this section of our website, and we'd like to get it up and running again!
